1. Help

1.1. How to get an answer from a Game-Master using CTRL+R.
a) Make sure your report is not a false positive.
b) Ensure that there is no answer to your question on the website and Wikipedia.
c) Never start a sentence with "GM are you here?", "GM, I have a problem", "GM, help".
d) Always describe your problem succinctly and on-topic, with as many details as possible.
e) If you want to report a cheater, describe the situation and explain what the player is doing.

1.2. How to get a help on Help-English, Help-Polish channels.
a) Never start a sentence with "Tutor/GM are you here?", "Tutor/GM, I have a problem", "Tutor/GM, help".
b) Describe your problem as briefly as possible but with as many details as possible.

If no server staff member responds to your question, try contacting us via the Castabra Discord. Support reserves time to process the report, which is a maximum of 48 hours on business days. However, reports are usually processed much faster.

2. SERVER SUPPORT

Prohibited actions:
a) Pretending to be a server staff member or having their powers.
b) Intentionally providing false or misleading information to a staff member regarding their investigations or filing false violation reports.
c) Insulting, blackmailing, or threatening game staff or a group of streamers due to their actions and positions as staff members.
d) Acting in a harmful way.

3. CHEATING

Prohibited actions:
a) Exploiting obvious game bugs for instance to duplicating items. If you find such a bug/error, you must report it immediately to Castabra support.
b) Intentional abuse of weaknesses in the game play, for example arranging objects or players in a way that other players cannot move them (only if the situation takes place in a protection zone).
c) Manipulating or modifying the client program in any way or using additional game software to play the game.
d) Trying to steal other players' account data ("hacking").

4. DESTRUCTIVE BEHAVIOUR.

Prohibited actions:
a) Blocking shops so that other players cannot talk to NPCs.
b) Advertising third-party brands, products, or services or content which is not related to the game.
c) Convincing other players to leave the server.
d) Excessively spamming with the same message or nonsensical text.
e) Toxic behavior, including excessive insults and the use of racist or sexist expressions towards players. Using inappropriate words like "zdechlica," "dead ots," etc. and asking provocative questions.
f) Offering account data and offering items to other players for real money.
g) Offering Castabra items for items on other servers.
h) Blocking players in protected zones so they cannot escape.
i) Harassing and ruining other players gaming experience by excessively killing them for no reason.
j) Trashing other players deposits.

5. STATEMENTS

a) The server staff is not responsible for player losses caused by their own connection/computer problems.
b) Providing false evidence that may lead to punishing other players is strictly punished.
c) A staff member has no right to participate in any transactions made by players.
d) A staff member has the right to enforce regulations based on provocation carried out to check the player's integrity.
e) Using public channels contrary to their purpose results in a penalty based on regulations and the situation.
f) Abusing Violation of Rules (ctrl+r) results in a penalty.
g) The server staff is not responsible for hacks.
h) The server staff does not return items stolen in scam situations.

6. PUNISHMENT

a) Punishment is determined individually based on the severity of the rule violation and the player's past history.
b) Punishment includes muting in-game chats, banning the player (for 7 or 14 days), or deleting the player's account.
c) Bans apply to the entire account, not just one character.
d) Violating Castabra's rules may result in temporary expulsion of characters or accounts.
e) In severe cases, consideration is given to removing or modifying the character's skills, traits, and owned items, as well as permanently deleting the account without compensation.

7. RULES

a) Rules may be changed at any time.
b) If you want to offer auctions for your character on the trade or public channel, the character must be listed on market castabra.com and the offer must include a link to the auction.
